Commercial real estate
appraisals.
QSRs, strip shopping centers, stand-alone business properties, Warehouse/Flex Space, Office Buildings and apartment complexes. Commercial real estate only.
No property fits in
a generic box.
Tell us the asset, the property interest and why the value is needed. We review scope and availability before quoting. Start with the property ↗
Six asset types.
Six different value stories.
The same appraisal template does not explain every commercial asset. We begin with the features and market evidence that matter to the property at hand. Apartments are presented as commercial multifamily investment property.

A fee and delivery schedule follow the actual scope—not a generic online promise.
The details matter.
What information do you need to quote a commercial appraisal?
Send the property address and type, intended use and users of the report, requested timing, and any rent roll or lease information available. We review scope and scheduling before confirming an assignment.
Does a commercial appraisal include the operating business?
Not automatically. Commercial real property is different from a going concern, business enterprise or equipment. Specify the interest and assets you need valued.
How is the appraisal fee determined?
Fees depend on complexity, number of tenants, documents, market data, inspection needs, intended use and deadline. A quote follows a review of the actual assignment.
Can an owner order an appraisal for a bank loan?
For regulated lending, the lender typically controls appraiser engagement. Owners can inquire, but the lender should confirm its independent ordering channel and intended users.
Do you appraise older apartment complexes?
Yes. Apartment complexes are included as commercial multifamily property. Unit mix, income, occupancy, expenses and condition inform the scope.
